Welcome to Knightsbridge Car
By using our car rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Rental Requirements
- Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Additional age restrictions may apply for certain vehicle categories.
- Driver’s License: Renters must hold a valid driver's license for at least one year. An International Driver’s Permit (IDP) may be required for non-Moroccan licenses.
- Payment: A valid credit card is required for all rentals. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2. Rental Period
- Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
- Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you expect to return the vehicle later than agreed.
- Early Returns: No refunds are provided for early returns.
3. Vehicle Use
- Authorized Drivers: Only the renter and any additional drivers specified in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.
- Prohibited Use: The vehicle may not be used for illegal purposes, off-road driving, racing, or towing. Violating these conditions may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
- Mileage Restrictions: Some rentals may have mileage restrictions. Exceeding the mileage limit may result in additional fees.
4. Insurance and Liability
- Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options are available for purchase.
- Accidents and Damage: In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must inform Knightsbridge Car immediately and provide a police report. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
- Personal Belongings: Knightsbridge Car is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
5. Fuel Policy
- Fuel Level: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
- Fuel Type: Renters are responsible for using the correct fuel type for the rented vehicle. Damages resulting from the use of incorrect fuel will be charged to the renter.
6. Booking and Cancellation
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- Modification: Modifications to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Additional Fees
- Additional Driver Fee: A fee may apply for each additional driver.
- Young Driver Fee: Renters under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
- One-Way Rentals: One-way rentals are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Extras: Fees may apply for optional extras such as GPS, child seats, and additional insurance coverage.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
